Arts &
Culture

Art and cultural practice help communities preserve identity, tradition, and shared memory across generations.

Who we are.

They keep traditional skills alive and sustain the spaces where neighbourhood life continues to gather and connect.

When traditional art forms slip from active practice, they gradually lose opportunities for practice, teaching, and continuity, they stop being lived, stop being taught, making it harder for future generations to remain connected to them. When the temples that hold a neighbourhood together fall into disrepair, the impact extends beyond the physical structure itself; it is loss of gathering space, of ritual continuity, of the shared spaces and traditions that strengthen community life.

Our work in arts and culture sits in both of these spaces. We support individual artists working in traditional forms, helping traditional practices remain active and sustainable over time. We restore the temples and gathering places that anchor older neighbourhoods. Not as monuments, but as places still in use, still alive, still part of daily community life.
